Do you have weekend hours?
Weekend hours are available. We offer Saturday Hours and Emergency Appointments. Walk-In's are available. Please call for more information.
What type of insurance do you accept?
We currently accept over 700 insurances. Including:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield
Most Auto/Work Comp policies
Will I need a referral from my doctor?
Referrals to specialists are required for managed care programs. Please contact your insurance company's member services to confirm if your plan requires a referral. The phone number will be located on your insurance card. Referrals are issued by your primary care doctor. Your doctor will need our provider id to issue your referral. Please contact our office and we will be happy to assist you with this information.
What if my insurance doesn't cover chiropractic?
No need to worry! We accept self-pay patients as well. We offer affordable services and can work with you to establish a cost-effective treatment plan.
What is chiropractic?
Chiropractic is one of the western world's three major healing professions. The other two are medicine and osteopathy.
Chiropractors specialize in the biomechanical causes of disease and fixations of the human frame - especially the spine.
What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer a variety of options including: chiropractic adjustments, massage, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, intersegmental traction, "dry" whirlpool, "sombra" mineral linament, "biofreeze", and home exercise and stretching.
How often will I need to come in for treatment?
Each patient and condition requires their own evaluation and management. The length and duration of treatment depends on your clinical status. We respect your right to decide what level of health is appropriate for you. During your initial visit, a treatment program will be established and agreed upon. We will work as a partner with you to reach the level of wellness that you prefer.
What types of conditions can chiropractic help?

Do you offer massage therapy?
Yes. We offer both therapeutic and relaxation massages. A detailed explanation of both is available. Please review the massage link to learn more.
Do you sell gift certificates for massage?
Yes. Gift certificates for massage are available in 30 minute and 1 hour increments. They may be purchased at the front desk. Certificates are valid for 1 year. Please be sure to check for upcoming massage specials to take advantage of pricing discounts (terrific value)!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or check. Sorry, no credit cards. Copays are due at the time of service. If you are unable to remit payment at that time, you will be billed, unless other arrangements have been made.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please call the office at 215-364-1939 to cancel an appointment.
All massage appointments require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Time of service fees will be applied for any cancellation without 24 hours notice, payable by the patient only.
